The Andy Haller Memorial 5K is named after Fuller Road Fire Department member Andrew Haller who succumbed to cancer in 2009. A Life Member at Fuller Road Fire Department, Andy was instrumental in initiating the EMS first responder program in the fire service. He served the department as an active officer from Lieutenant to Assistant Chief, and for the last twenty years Andy served as the recording secretary. Up until his passing, Andy served as the Safety Committee Chairman where he was instrumental in developing the Safety Officer role in the department
